The vision of the Ashburn Shooting Stars is to establish an environment that promotes girls softball so that our players can compete at the highest level of competition.

For our older players, the Shooting Stars' mission is more focused on providing a competitive, challenging, yet positive environment that offers the necessary college exposure that allows each student athlete the ability to grow and to develop into a well-balanced and confident player, while preparing them to take the next step towards an enjoyable college softball career.

The overall goal of the Ashburn Shooting Stars is to advance to National Championships, develop young athletes who can compete in college softball and beyond, and promote the skills of all players in the program.
