Proudly serving Ashburn, Virginia and surrounding areas, the Ashburn Girls Softball League’s goals are to teach the fundamentals of softball and good sportsmanship, create an environment that fosters positive self-esteem, teamwork and team spirit, and individual growth through personal achievement, and to provide opportunities for AGSL members to continue to play softball in more competitive environments, including summer and full-time travel programs operating at both the regional and national levels.

AGSL welcomes players of all ages and experience level! AGSL is comprised of: 

• HOUSE: Our Rec Teams (Ages 4-18)
• MIDDLE SCHOOL: We coordinate the program for several middle schools in the Ashburn area
• SHOOTING STARS ACADEMY: Our Intro-to-Travel teams
• SHOOTING STARS: Our Travel Teams
