AGSL sponsors Pride, an 8U through 18U year round program whose mission is to challenge players through skills training and practice, with a focus on effort and teamwork. The Pride program is not intended to be a forum for every player. This is designed for those players who are dedicated to furthering their experience and developing their skills on a year round basis. The Pride program participates in county league double headers during the fall, spring, and summer seasons and at least two sanctioned tournaments during each of these seasons. This program is intended to provide an additional level of play for qualified girls from the AGSL Spring House League. Pride players must play in the AGSL House League during the fall and spring seasons. Additionally Pride players must have played at least two seasons of organized softball or have an AGSL coach’s recommendation to be eligible to play in the year round Pride program. Tryouts are required.

Each Pride team is permitted to name one Head Coach (selected by AGSL Board) and one Assistant Coach (approved by the AGSL Board) prior to the start of the Pride Tryouts.

Practice fields will be provided by AGSL.
